The space

This one bedroom apartment is in the perfect location for tourists visiting Jerusalem. It is near the Old City of Jerusalem and also very close to the Downtown City Center. Both Jewish and Christian holy sites are a very short walk from the apartment.

The Mamailla Promenade is also only two blocks away and the David Citadel Hotel is even closer. Lots of other popular hotels are very near.

The building is an older residential apartment building and is not new and fancy. It is on the first floor so there are 14 steps to get to the apartment from the entrance of the building. There are also 7 steps to get to the building from the sidewalk.
We gutted and completely renovated the apartment and it looks just as you see in the pictures.
The apartment is compact and has what you need.
it was furnished by an interior decorator and we provide high quality linens and towels.
There is A/C and heating in the winter.
Wireless internet is provided.
Public transportation near the apartment is great .
We are only one block from a stop on the new Jerusalem light rail which travels all around the city.

We can accomodate both kosher and non kosher guests.
We have another one bedroom apartment right next to this one bedroom so a large family or two couples can rent both apartments together and have both privacy and time together.

Ann's place really was in the prefect location for accessing all the attractions in the old city and for its close proximity to all the shops and restaurants on Jaffa road. The apartment itself was a comfortable place to stay and perfect for two people traveling together. This apartment's location and comfort have allowed us to have a pleasant stay in Jerusalem.

Great location for apartment. Near light rail and Yafo street. Ann was very helpful. Older building but new interior!

This location was really perfect. We were able to walk wherever we needed, including the Old City (5 minutes) and the Shuk (15-20 minutes). The locations makes exploring very easy. If we couldn't walk there, the light rail was a 2 minute walk away. It was close enough to walk to everything, but in a location that separates you from the noise of the main street. It is a very family friendly building so children are always out playing. The apartment was great for just the two of us. Ann made it incredibly easy for us to find the place, which is greatly appreciated when coming to a new country. I would absolutely recommend Ann's apartment for a stay in Jerusalem. We had a wonderful time!

The communication with Ann was great: She sent us all the information on how to get to the apartment and even how to use some of the interior. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped and cosy. It is located 5 minutes from the Old City and also close to many restaurants and shops in the other direction. We fully recommend Ann's apartment.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Ann's apartment. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and as pictured. The kitchen was well-equipped for our Kosher needs and a washer and dryer were right outside the apartment door, but still within our private area. We never got to meet Ann personally but she was always available by phone and her instructions and information prior to our trip were incredibly helpful in navigating the area and finding what we need. The apartment is in an ideal location with the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, Jaffa Road and other areas nearby, all accessible by foot. The light rail was close by so public transportation was never an issue. We had a car for a few days and there was meter parking on the street in front or spots around the corner. All in all, Ann's apartment was perfect for us and I would certainly consider staying there again next time I visit.

Ann did a great job helping us find the apartment and ensuring that we had a great time in Jerusalem. The apartment was perfect, and the location was amazing. We really loved how quickly we could access the old city by the New Gate (5 min walk), and the Mahane Yehuda Market (5 min walk, and 5 min tram ride). Between these two things we had a fantastic week in Jerusalem!

I was born and educated in Brooklyn, New York and my husband is from Houston, Texas. We met and married in NYC moved moved to Israel from Manhattan in 1986 with two small children.
Our family grew during the years we lived in Israel and we have wonderful children , thank G-d.
We bought this apartment 5 years ago to help support my son who is studying.
We gutted and competely renovated the apartment with the help of a decorator.
This vacation rental is in a fantastic location and we get lots of very positive feedback from tenants who stay here . There is a small terrace with an amazing view. This special view was the first thing that convinced me to buy this apartment.
