This one bedroom apartment is in the perfect location for tourists visiting Jerusalem. It is near the Old City of Jerusalem and also very close to the Downtown City Center. Both Jewish and Christian holy sites are a very short walk from the apartment.
The Mamailla Promenade is also only two blocks away and the David Citadel Hotel is even closer. Lots of other popular hotels are very near.
The building is an older residential apartment building and is not new and fancy. It is on the first floor so there are 14 steps to get to the apartment from the entrance of the building. There are also 7 steps to get to the building from the sidewalk.
We gutted and completely renovated the apartment and it looks just as you see in the pictures.
The apartment is compact and has what you need.
it was furnished by an interior decorator and we provide high quality linens and towels.
There is A/C and heating in the winter.
Wireless internet is provided.
Public transportation near the apartment is great .
We are only one block from a stop on the new Jerusalem light rail which travels all around the city.
We can accomodate both kosher and non kosher guests.
We have another one bedroom apartment right next to this one bedroom so a large family or two couples can rent both apartments together and have both privacy and time together.
We do not permit smoking in the apartment
We hope our guests will treat our furniture, linens and towels with repsect and consideration as they would in their own home.
Please limit the number of people staying in the apartment to those you tell us will be there.

This vacation rental is in a fantastic location and we get lots of very positive feedback from tenants who stay here . There is a small terrace with an amazing view. This special view was the first thing that convinced me to buy this apartment.
