This comfy three-bedroom lodge sleeps 6 and comes with everything you need for a comfy getaway - spacious living area, full kitchen, private sauna, and an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and your very own hot tub. Just a 5-minute walk to Finlake Holiday Resort & Spa facilities (swimming pool, gym, spa) , it’s the perfect spot to unwind. With one double room and two twins, plus cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll feel right at home.

The space
Welcome to Tor View Lodge, a modern and comfortable 3-bedroom retreat located within the beautiful Finlake Resort & Spa in Chudleigh, Devon (TQ13). Surrounded by 130 acres of peaceful countryside and just a short drive to the coast, it’s the ideal base for family holidays, romantic escapes, or outdoor adventures.

Bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom (Upstairs): Features a double bed with a memory foam topper, wardrobe, vanity unit, and two bedside tables with lamps — a calm and cosy space to unwind.
• Twin Bedroom (Upstairs): Two comfortable single beds, wardrobe, vanity unit, and a bedside unit. Perfect for children or friends sharing.
• Twin Bedroom (Downstairs): Conveniently located on the ground floor, with wardrobe and bedside unit - ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Bathrooms & Sauna:
• Downstairs Shower Room: Spacious, with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and basin.
• Upstairs Cloakroom: Includes a toilet, washbasin, and chrome towel rail.
• Private Sauna: Located on the ground floor, providing a relaxing retreat after a day exploring.

Living Area:
• Bright and airy open-plan lounge with two leather sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Perfect for relaxing evenings in.

Kitchen & Dining:
• Fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, gas hob, large oven, and stainless steel extractor fan.
• Dining area with a solid wood table and six chairs, ideal for shared meals or takeaways from the resort restaurant.

Outdoor Space:
• Large private decking area with glass patio table and seating for six. Guests are welcome to bring a portable BBQ for a laid-back al fresco meal on the decking.
• Hot tub tucked into the corner for added privacy - perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of activities.

Location & Resort Access:
• Just a short walk to Finlake’s family-friendly facilities, including the indoor waterpark, gym, spa, adventure playgrounds, high ropes course, and on-site bar and restaurant.
• Ideally located near Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful beaches of South Devon.

Extras Included:
• Fresh bed linen and towels provided.
• Coat hanger and shoe rack in the hallway for easy storage.
• Central heating throughout, making the lodge comfortable in all seasons.

Other things to note
SWIMMING POOL & GYM ACCESS
Access to the swimming pool and gym is not included in the lodge price. However, we will notify the resort of your booking so that you can arrange activities, including swimming, directly with them. Payment is made separately in advance (over the phone), and passes can then be collected from the swimming pool reception.

PET FREE.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: Upon request we can provide one highchair and one travel cot. Additional fees apply. Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.

NO SMOKING: No smoking in the lodge.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out: May be available for purchase separately (£35/each).

NOTE: Guests need to bring their own toiletries and kitchen necessities.

EV charging station available at the resort car park.
