The carport is available first come first serve for additional parking. Located close to the river and bike paths with easy access to main roads. Breweries, shopping and local art walking distance away. This location is great for a single traveler or a cozy couple. We also have a new mini split air condition that is cool and quiet

The space
Open flow concept with closed off bathroom attached bedroom includes television with access to streaming through a Roku device. Easily sing in to your own streaming while you travel. The property has a mini split air conditioning and heating unit that is quiet and can be adjusted to your comfort. Bathroom is a small space and the singular sink for the space is located in the kitchenette. There is access to a french press and hot water kettle but coffee and coffee creamer is not provided. There are great coffee and fresh juice places listed in the guide.

Guest access
Main house is off limits but the entire guesthouse and guest yard is available on the left hand side. Parking is available in the driveway and or using the covered car paper. Using the carport is first come first serve. You may also park in the street but be sure not to block the driveway or carport. Guest enter the losing through the wooden gate to the left. The first door as you pull up is a closet for extra cleaning supplies only accessed by cleaning staff and home owner. You enter the property through the French glass doors.

Other things to note
The rental space has a separate yard that does not share a fence with the main yard where the main house is a separate rental that could have a potential for travelers to bring pets. If traveling with pets be sure to keep them in the rental yard. Common questions are the lights. Light can be turned off by remote located in the cabinet bobs the sink. The Lamp over the dining room has a switch in the cord. The rental has only one sink but an additional mirror to help with getting ready. You may adjust the temperature to your choosing with our NEW mini split air conditioning it is amazing at keeping things cool in the peak heat temperatures of 115 degrees Fahrenheit and can easily maintain 65 or cooler if desired.
