Quiet apartment close to LDS Temple, shopping, restaurants, bars, dining, 12 minutes to Boise Greenbelt/river, 12 to downtown, 12 to Ann Morrison/Julia Davis parks and zoo, 15-20 to foothills, 5 to Edwards theater. 45 from Bogus Basin ski area. 10 to Micron. 10 from airport. Includes private bedroom, private bath, private living room COMPLETELY SEPARATE from my side of the house, with kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster, fresh drinking water), Separate private entrance.
This space is unique because it's a separate apartment from the owner of the house. While the house is still shared, you will have your own entrance (front door) and your own space which is a private apartment. Very quiet neighborhood, minutes away from all the action and fun. Since the house is shared we still hear each other from time to time, but we do our best to be respectful and quiet and you get your privacy. Owner does have dogs and you will hear them from time to time as well, but overall neighborhood and house is quiet.
Guests will enter through the front door and host will send the key code the day before arrival of guest. Parking is on the street between house driveway and mailboxes.
Interaction with guests
I always try to meet my guests and offer any suggestions on places to visit or answering any questions you might have. I am always available through a phone call or texting if guests has any needs that aren't being met. I try very hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable and requests are met, if possible.
Other things to note
I do have dogs on my side of the house that you will hear from time to time. I do my best to keep everyone quiet, but sometimes dogs are just dogs. We do our best to be respectful of our guests and stay as quiet as possible for your stay and we expect the same respect from out guests.
