My place is close to Providence Alaska, University of Alaska , family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
This is a pleasant room and has a double bed, so it can be quite cozy for two.
Shared Kitchen and Bathroom with other guests. I include some snacks and instant oatmeal and fresh fruit. It is a great value for the price. Simple but peaceful and comfortable, with all you need. Close to all 3 hospitals and JBER. I offer special rates to nurse travelers, medical students, and military families staying over 4 days. Special Rate for Travel Nurses and Med Students $795/month with all utilities included.
Guests have access to fast wi- fi, shared bathroom, parking.

Interaction with guests

5 minute walk to Providence Alaska Medical Center, Alaska Native Tribal Hospital, and University of Alaska. Another five minute walk and you can bike/hike the Campbell Creek Trail or head over to the Campbell Tract Trail.
Public transit is very conveniently located and in the morning the bus runs every 20 minutes. After about 9 it slows to hourly, until later in the afternoon when it goes to every 20 minutes. It is a 3 minute walk and with patience will get you anywhere you want. Sunday the bus service is more limited.
Other things to note
There are a few places to eat nearby, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, Thai, yogurt, Chinese, and a Mexican restaurant. There is a Walgreens and Starbucks about a 15 minute walk away.
I am very conveniently located driving to all Hospitals and JBER , and both the Glenn and Seward Highways. I have maps of Anchorage, the bus routes, bike trails, and a road atlas available. I have some books on hiking trails and Alaska you are welcome to browse.
