A private, quiet second floor bedroom plus coffee /work room, bathroom with shower . Parking upon request. Wifi. no TV. Owner on site, in private unit downstairs. Pergola section of the garden available. A “15 “ minute community with Dundurn Castle, Locke St, Westdale and James St. N nearby. Outdoor heated community pool and park facilities steps from the house.

Guests comment on the quiet comfortable space with coffee room to relax or work. Garden with water features and pleasant front porch. Steps to Strathcona Park, outdoor pool, splash pad, baseball diamond, exercise stations and more. Popular Locke St. is a pleasant walk for shopping, pubs and restaurants.
