About this listing

Our place is close to Abersoch (2 miles), with it's sandy beach, restaurants & bars. There are great views from your private garden. You're close for surfing (Hell's Mouth is 2 miles away) as well as hiking in Snowdonia (1 hour drive) and to Caernarfon (45 min drive). It's an annexe attached to our farmhouse which is best suited for couples but does also have a twin bedroom in the attic for 2 children. You’ll love our cosy little place because of the location & the ambiance.

The space

The Annexe is currently in the process of having a make over to modernise the interior (apart from the bedroom, as this has already been done). The pictures will be updates as soon as possible.

Interaction with guests

As an annexe to the farmhouse, we are never far if you ever need us but it's your own space and you won't hear from us unless we can help you in anyway we can.

Other things to note

This is a working farm and also we have a very small caravan site so there will be other people about but you'll still find it's nothing but peace and quiet here.

We absolutey loved our stay here. It's a stone's throw away from the beach and there are lots of things to do nearby. Staying on the farm was very relaxing and peaceful. I would definately recommend staying here!

The Annexe is a great home away from home. Little touches such as welsh cakes, tea bags and milk being available on arrival made you feel very welcome, and were appreciated by ourselves. The property was clean and presentable and is located on a quiet farm, 5-10 minutes drive away from Abersoch. We would recommend the Annexe to friends and would happily stay there again.

The Annexe was incredible! Dafydd made our experience so easy, providing us with everything we needed to fully relax. The Annexe was stocked with everything needed to be self sufficient, including essentials like toilet roll, foil, butter and milk, and all kitchen equipment, and the nearest supermarket was only a short drive away for everything else. The Annexe was spotless when we arrived, the beds were luxurious, the living space was cosy, the shower was great, loads of cupboard space...I cannot think of a negative thing to say about the Annexe! Location was a bit out of the way, but if you are looking for relaxation, this is the place for you! Close to Abersoch (a small fishing village with essential pubs, grub and small shops), and only a short drive to larger towns with Asda/Tescos! We travelled about 45 minutes a day to get to "tourist attractions", but the beaches and walks on the Lyn Peninsula would be enough to keep you going for a few days if you aren't interested in driving around! A fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be staying again :)

Very clean and well-equipped Annex, with a delightful garden to enjoy! Friendly and helpful hosts helped with information on where to go in the area etc. Large and airy bedroom with bathroom was a joy to stay in.
