The space
A majestic 450m² building, Domaine Gers is one of the most beautiful 5-star holiday homes in the Gers region.
Located in the heart of the countryside, isolated from the world on 26 hectares of private, organic land, this estate is one of those houses whose panoramic view of the Gascon valleys almost makes you believe that time has stood still or that the space belongs to you. Designed especially for the most discerning travellers, it offers a huge 250m² living room with a fully equipped chef's kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, a large electric wine cellar and a Samsung double-door fridge. It opens onto the dining room and lounge area with a giant screen, billiards table, bar, beer tap and several direct access points to the outside.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each has a private bathroom and toilet, a choice of several pillows per room, comfortable thick bathrobes and cotton sateen sheets. Three bedrooms on the ground floor welcome guests with soft yet firm king-size beds, including a family suite with two bedrooms.
Upstairs, accessible by stairs, a large mezzanine open to the living room is available for children, who can enjoy a PS5 and a selection of video games classified according to their ages, a desk area with Ethernet sockets, board games with felt-tip pens, a selection of colouring pictures, and more. Three other bedrooms with private bathrooms are also available, including a ‘dormitory’ bedroom with three single beds and a built-in reading nook.
The carefully maintained grounds are for the exclusive use of guests and offer access to a private heated swimming pool with Roman steps and a submerged beach, adjoining a comfortable sheltered pool house with garden furniture, table football, an indoor shower room and toilets, as well as a fridge and bar area. A private, floodlit pétanque court and a children's playhouse with a slide are also available. And closer to the house, there is a summer kitchen with a plancha grill, fridge, beer tap and an outdoor dining area where aperitifs and breakfasts take on the air of sunny fairy tales.
The more adventurous travellers can also enjoy a private pond to discover the art of catch-and-release fishing or borrow one of the property's 10 electric hybrid bikes (ebikes) for a nature excursion.
Every day, a dedicated butler comes to take care of the pool and terraces, empty your bins and even offer to do your shopping. You don't have to lift a finger to enjoy the delights of Gascony (wines, foie gras, cheeses, strawberries, local tomatoes, etc.).
Guest access
Guests have the entire estate at their private disposal. The owners live in a neighbouring manor house, with no neighbours in sight. However, they remain available to respond to any requests from their guests if necessary.
