The space
As new homeowners, we’re excited to share our home with you. We live on one side of the duplex, and you’ll have the entire right side to yourself!
The space includes:

🍽 A contemporary kitchen with modern appliances + complimentary snacks and coffee
🛌 Two bedrooms—one with a queen bed, one with a full bed—perfect for relaxing after a long day

A common question for visitors is - "what areas are the safest?" It may seem difficult to understand if a property is in a good location simply by searching. Our property is located on a block with neighbors who porch sit and will likely greet you with a wave as you pass by. We, as hosts, are also very community focused and aim to ensure that the space we create doesn't disrupt the spirit of the neighborhood. So, in short, this is a very safe area that will have you feeling like a local New Orleanian in no time.
The Space is BEST suited for:
Our Airbnb is perfect for guests who are looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay while exploring the vibrant culture of New Orleans. It's ideal for couples, solo travelers, and small families (4 people) who want a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing, enjoying the local cuisine, or attending events in the city. We aim to provide a serene environment where you can unwind and feel at home.
The Space is NOT Suited For:
If you're planning to host a gathering or party, this property will not be the right fit for you, unfortunately. There are amazing Airbnb locations throughout the City that are better suited to accommodate larger groups (5 or more people) and events. Because we live next door, we can easily hear loud music and noises. While we love a good time like the next guy or gal (hello!), we prioritize providing a comfortable, relaxing environment for guests that does not disrupt neighbors. Thanks so much for understanding!
