Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place).
The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. It's newly remodeled and has a powerful AC for those hot Texas summers.
Come check out The East Side!
It has a somewhat secluded and quiet feel because of the trees and how it's tucked back away from the street. It was recently remodeled so all the furniture is new. There is a lot of natural light, but the trees block most direct sunlight.
There is a kitchen, washer & dryer, 46" TV with Netflix, HBO Now, and Amazon Prime Video.
Driveway is all yours. From there, follow the walkway along the fence to the loft's door. Light should be on and the key in the lockbox beside the door.
Other things to note
The AC is brand new, dual zoned, overpowered, and super efficient... the Texas summertime heat is brutal, but we promise you will be completely comfortable here.
- Absolutely nothing down the toilet unless it came out of a human or is toilet paper.
- Max occupancy is 4 people.
- Quiet time is 10pm on weekdays, 12am on weekends.
- Please take shoes off upstairs (slippers are ok though).
- Seriously, nothing in the toilet except TP and human stuffs. We can show you pictures of what happens...
We live in the front house on the same lot, so we're really close if you need anything. Just shoot us a text or Airbnb message.
I'm a native Texan and have been in Austin since 1998. I am a software engineering working for a local SAAS company that helps people find scholarships to go to school. My hobbies are rock climbing and (Olympic) weightlifting.
The little pup in the picture! She's a long hair dachshund and despite being pretty old, people mistake her for a puppy because she has a youthful face and lots of energy. She's super friendly and likes to be pet. She doesn't bark, which is rad.
