This is a perfect place to stay regardless if it is for business or personal. The owner (Lisa) took amazing care of us and made us feel like we were staying at a family memeber's house. The refrigerator was stocked with basics for breakfast and afternoon drinks. She really goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. The house was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend you stay here, I know I will try when I come back try Philly.

Everything was great. The house was nice and clean and there was plenty of space. Check-in and out was a breeze and Lisa was very responsive. Parking was a little tough to find when we arrived, but that is to be expected in the city. We did find a spot after a short wait and just ubered the rest of the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa's house! Most of the top things to see in Philly are within 10-15 minutes. Lisa's house looks just like the pictures and was a very comfortable place to stay with our young kids.

This fantastic row house will not disappoint! The furniture was clean and comfortable, and there were lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. Lisa was a fantastic host! The fridge was well stalked with milk, juice, breakfast foods, fruit, and more! Lisa was available via text message for last minute questions. The neighborhood was quaint and lively. Local bars and restaurants were within walking distance (10 minutes). I would highly recommend this 4 bedroom house for any large group/family style get away!

Lisa's place is really nice, the neighborhood has a great feel a day we enjoyed our week in Philly. Close to the river/park, close to the new breweries and eateries in Brewerytown and close to the shops/bars on Fairmount. We chose a particularly nice time with nice weather/leafy streets and Halloween bringing out all of the friendly neighbors. We recommend it!

Lisa was just the best. What a great host. She reached out in advance to welcome us and was so accommodating in our special requests. I could not have been more pleased with our experience. She is the epitome of what Airbnb strives to be. Thank you Lisa!!!
