Nero di Cenere is a cozy and informal style villa located on the island of Vulcano, one of the amazing Aeolian Islands, known for famous black sand beaches. “An island in the island” which renders everything more evocative and exciting, with the presence of its still active crater and the thermal mud baths. This villa is perfect for families, groups of friends or couples wanting to visit this famous part of Sicily or simply to spend days relaxing by the sea or to visit the Aeolian Islands, basking in the natural atmosphere that only this island can offer.

From the entrance a path flanking the garden leads to the door of the large panoramic patio which leads into the main house. On the ground floor there are the living room with kitchen, seating area and dining area. From the living room a short corridor leads to the sleeping area with one double bedroom, two twin/double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The exterior of the property is characterized by a mediterranean garden where guests can relax in total privacy. The large patio overlooking the sea is the perfect spot for preparing and enjoying alfresco meals.

Other things to note

Nothing is due for air conditioning, gas, water and electricity standard consumption. The Renter will pay only for the electricity used over 20 kwh per day at a cost of 0,30 euros per kwh and only for the water consumed over 1cubic meters per day at a cost of 10,00 (ten) euros per cubic meter. Electricity and water use will be calculated based on meter readings at the beginning and the end of the lease period.
The rental price doesn’t include food, beverage, home cleaning products, personal care products etc.

This rental is governed by Articles 1571 and following of the Italian Civil Code. The property is leased exclusively for tourism purposes under article 1, paragraph II, letter c), Italian law n.431 / 98.

•must notify within 24 hours of the arrival any defects of the house, of furniture, fittings and equipment
•must use the property, the furniture, the fittings and the equipment with the diligence of the good father.
•must communicate immediately any damage that may occur during the rental period. The renter is directly responsible for the damage caused to the property or to third parties
•must leave the house in the same condition in which he received it
•must not subletting the rented premises
•must allow the owner the access to the property, with advanced notice of at least 12 hours
•must not modify the property, the furniture, the fittings or to the equipment
•must not light fires
•must not disturb the peace of others
•must dispose trash in a lawful manner

Il locatario:

We had frequently good contact before arrival. Upon arrival we were picked up by the owners and they brought us to their villa. They also helped with groceries. After that they showed and explained the house to us and remarkable things to see and to visit on the island We really felt at home

Вилла комфортабельная, для двоих прекрасно, можно разместиться и вчетвером. Удобно, что две кухни - в доме и на террасе. Москитные сетки на окнах отлично защищают от комаров, если всегда закрывать входную дверь. Вилла находится не в центре, и от города до виллы дорога идёт на подъём, поэтому лучше брать машину, но при хорошей физической форме можно и пешком.

Al nostro arrivo a Vulcano siamo stati accolti dalla signora Angelica che ci ha accompagnato alla dimora e dato qualche consiglio utile sull'isola. La casa ci ha da subito entusiasmati per la bellezza, i colori e la pace che la circonda. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale dove si trovano ristoranti e negozi. Meraviglioso svegliarsi al mattino e gustare la colazione sulla terrazza come anche l'aperitivo al tramonto dopo una giornata di escursioni.
