Beautiful semi-detached villa with pool, in the heart of the charming village of Sainte-Marie-Siché.

The space
Stay at this beautiful terraced villa, located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Marie-Siché.
Enjoy a large private swimming pool, open from June to September, and a shaded terrace, ideal for relaxing. Great for a family holiday!

The interior consists of a bright lounge area with an open kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial meals.

Upstairs you will find a shower room, two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, as well as an air-conditioned office space, perfect for working in peace.

Linens can be provided at extra cost, at the rate of €20 per person, for your comfort during the stay.

The attic mezzanine, with its low ceiling, has two 90cm single beds, providing extra space for children or guests.

A little extra: The owner, living in the neighboring house, will offer you a warm welcome so that you feel at home as soon as you arrive
