House in residential area for rent. The house is nicely located on Solås in Ålgård.

The location is close to Kongeparken, Norwegian outlet and beautiful hiking areas right outside the door.

The house has two newly renovated bathrooms with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace with furniture and gas grill where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. On the west-facing side of the house you can enjoy the evening sun until 9:45 pm in summer. In addition, a new large terrace has been built for play and relaxation.

There is also a large trampoline for exercise for all ages.

It is possible to park 3 passenger cars in the courtyard.
