What was once a table for a lab class is now our breakfast table in the kitchen. (Within the drawers one can still see the not always polite messages directed at the teachers by frustrated science students!)Our kitchen - a mix of old and new. Feel free to warm up a meal and help yourself to our kitchenware. If you would like to enjoy a breakfast which may include cereal, granola, and fruit as well as coffee and/or tea, please let hosts know the night before.

Cloudy and Matt were great hosts! They communicated with us well and made us feel comfortable in their home. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is close enough to the attractions you may want to go to in Cape Cod, but far enough away to not get caught in traffic or tourist traps. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the private bathroom was stocked with available amenities in case we needed them. Their two dogs and one cat are super friendly, too! We would be happy to recommend them as hosts and stay with them again in the future.

Great house and location. We stay at the house only for sleeping so didn't get much chance to enjoy the house. We enjoyed taking our coffee in the morning on the porch.

You will be missing out if you neglect to stay with Cloudy and Matt, they are very sweet, considerate, and thorough hosts who will be sure to give you one of the most authentic experiences in the area. When I come back to the Boston area, I know I will be returning here!

Hello! Until recently our family has used Airbnb to find places to stay both in the USA and abroad and we have always been pleased with the results. Now it is time to share our place with others since the "nest is empty". We do a fair amount of traveling but also enjoy time in our seaside town. We like to bike and boat, but are also happy just beachin' it. Years of hosting friends and family have trained us well in the hosting department and we can provide privacy and comfort in our antique home, built circa 1852 by a ship's wright (carpenter) named William Simmons. We take great pride in Pine Hill House and have renovated it while still respecting the original structure, but we also had fun with the decorating. If our family had a motto it would be "bloom where we are planted". We try to enjoy ourselves wherever life takes us - at home or away - with as many laughs and good times as possible.
