It is a lush 400 acre cattle farm with the Elk River running through it which flows into the nearby Grand Lake (10 minutes drive). It is also just 30 minutes away from the new, prestigious Crystal Bridges Museum and an 1-hour from The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
This is a full home equipped with 11 beds with nice linens, 3 full baths, updated kitchen, gas grill and 2 interior dining spaces.
You will have access to river activities, hiking, and relaxing on the deck with a good book, friends and family. Two great fireplaces and the best sledding hill ever on a snowy cold day!

We sincerely hope this home is enjoyed by many as families gather, reunions, churches and business retreats, and gatherings of this nature but would discourage excessive drinking.
Please collect Garbage and put in the laundry room.
Please do not make the beds when leaving so we know which ones have been used since there are so many options.
Please adjust the heat (60 degrees) or air (80 degrees) when leaving.
Please make sure the house is locked & security system is on when you check out. Leave the key in the plastic bag under the mat.
Please leave no trash near the river.

I am a retired teacher living in Franklin, TN. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel and study God's word. We have a farm in Anderson, MO which is been in the family for 40 years. My husband still raises cattle and we visit it several times a year.
