My great apartment is in Paris 13e. It's on the 31st floor, you will have a wonderful view from the window :Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Montparnasse Tower.... Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are downstairs.
It's a new apartment, very safe and clean. Subway station is just in front of the building. Just 1 minute you're already in the subway!!!

Excellent communication and very helpful.

Chao's apartment is a 5 star. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet and room are all clean and tidy. The provided towels are soft very convinient. The location is very close to the Metro station which makes it very easy to travel to all parts of the city. There is a nearby Mcdonalds and lots of restaurants and shops around. The view from the room is amazing as you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkles at night. Chao is a great host and she did accomodate my check in and check out times.

Chao's flat offers lovely views and is easy to get to and from with it being right next to a metro stop. If you're looking for a place to stay whilst possibly getting to know a Parisian too then this isn't really the place as Chao doesn't live there. I met the Chao on my arrival to the flat where she brought me in and gave me a tour. She then gave me the keys and told me there would be another Airbnb guest with me for the second night of my stay and left. Chao had a supply of some of the basics to help people with their stay. Bottled water and milk in the fridge, coffee in the cupboard (but no cups) and other bathroom amenities. I found my first nights sleep to be a difficult one as there was a lot more noise at night than I expected and the pillow I had been supplied was very flat and soft compared to what I normally use. Overall I did enjoy my stay here and Chao was quite helpful and friendly during our brief encounters.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I've prepared some glasses for my guests because we (Chinese people) drink tea with glasses as well, but if it's not enough, I'll try to add some coffee cup as well. :) And about the second AIRBNB guest, she lived in the other room in the apartment, I thought that it was necessary to inform you before her arrival because you two will share the public space in the apartment. And that's true there's some noise during the night last week because the weather was bad. I have repair the air vents after that. Now there's no noise. Thank you for telling me so. In addition, I must figure out one thing. You said when your mobile data didn't work, I just tell you I would wait for you at the metro. But actually I've sent you two messages to help you find my place, the first was as followed: Hi, my place is at the metro station "Porte de Choisy" (Metro 7 or Tramway T3). You can take Metro 1 at "Porte Maillot" Direction Chateau de Vincennes. And you change the 7 at "Palais Royal - Musee du Louvre" Direction Marie d'Ivry. Then get off the train at Porte de Choisy. It takes about 40 minutes. And the ticket costs 1.9€. I wondered that maybe you didn't received this one?
