Bird's Nest sits high on a rocky ledge immediately on the mouth of the Sheepscot River. Surrounded by conservation land, this house boasts spectacular views out to sea. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 large family areas, screened in breezeway/breakfast area, modern kitchen and 1600 sq. ft. of space, this house can fit 6 in beds, plus 2 on futon. Also, golf cart,fireplace, W/D and shower. Includes dock. Ferry service on lobster boat 3x/d Jul/Aug. Immediate access to rocky point and Beach.

The cottage was spacious, clean, and in a beautiful location. The owner was easy to contact including directions and specific information relative to visiting MacMahan island. Would definitely rent again.
