The space
From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed by lush tropical gardens and the convenience of your own private gated entrance with spacious parking. The villa's crisp architecture, accented by elegant wooden doorframes, evokes a tranquil, Mediterranean-inspired ambiance, perfectly complementing the breathtaking ocean views visible from every room.

Its five bedrooms are spread across three levels, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The entry-level welcomes you with a grand hallway and a striking spiralling staircase. Here, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private balcony and en suite bathroom featuring modern rainfall showers.

Descending to the lower level, you'll step into the heart of the villa, a spacious indoor living area that flows effortlessly into the dining space and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen. The stunning ocean panorama immediately draws you outside, where a covered dining area, sun-drenched lounge space, and an infinity-edge pool await. Take a refreshing dip or unwind at the unique in-pool round seating area, all while basking in the endless views of the Caribbean Sea. To stay cool, outdoor fans provide a gentle breeze, though the natural ocean winds keep the villa perfectly comfortable year-round. Also on this level is Bedroom 4, complete with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.

The uppermost level is home to Bedroom 5, a secluded sanctuary with a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and an expansive private terrace. Furnished with four lounge chairs and seating, this private retreat offers an extraordinary vantage point for admiring the turquoise waters stretching to the horizon. On this level there is also an office space for those that need a peaceful thinking space.
