We had a great time in the garden cottage fully equipped with everything you need. The beautiful surrounding area made it felt like we were miles away from the city. Quick access to the mountain for hikes and next door to SA's oldest hotel which had amazing infrastructure for toddlers. The hosts were friendly and generous, sharing fresh veg from their garden and freshly baked home made breads! The surrounding area offered a host of different things to explore, from wine farms to restaurants and farm stalls and not far from Grabouw and Hermanus which both host a fair amount of activities. Definitely recommend this to a family who needs a quiet relaxed break and enjoys nature. The garden is out of this world and the mountain on your door step.
