It's at a dead end street, the quietest place in Laranjeiras is reserved, the neighbors know each other and the street is a place of trade and social interaction.
Very close to the bicycle path, the Princesa Supermarket, a 15 minute walk from Largo do Machado (which has a subway, more supermarkets, Arabic and Japanese restaurants, fast food...), close to the ascent to the Christ the Redeemer Statue, near Praça San Salvador, coffee shops, bakeries, newsstands, all kinds of service are just a short walk away.
Old house, small, but with well divided spaces. Stained glass decorates the living room, it's on the first floor at a very nice dead end street.
The host will be given a house key and has a room all to himself, as if he were one of the residents.
