Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of the historic center of Genoa near San Lorenzo, Porto Antico, Aquarium and surrounded by the Palazzi dei Rolli. Reachable by taxi, metro, airport connection and bus stop are 200 meters away. Surrounded by museums, art galleries, theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Equipped with an elevator, air conditioner, Wifi, TV/DVD, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, mosquito nets, linen, and a comfortable double bed, plus a single bed. You will feel at home!

The apartment is in a LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE, so you can't park under the house, but we recommend Autopark Piccapietra, 300 meters outside the historic center.

The accommodation can be reached by taxi or in a few minutes on foot from Piazza De Ferrari and the Old Port. The metro and airport connection bus stops are about 200 meters away. The Principe and Brignole train stations can be reached in 10 minutes by bus or metro or with a pleasant 15-minute walk. The house is in a LIMITED TRAFFIC AREA. It is possible to use guarded parking: 300 meters away is Auto park Piccapietra (€22 per day), while near the maritime and railway station there is Di Negro interchange parking (€5 per day) connected by metro to the historic center.

The neighborhood is lively by day but quiet at night. With its art galleries and typical shops San Matteo is one of the most characteristic and clean areas of the historic center. Any of your needs can be met within a radius of 100/200 meters. The bar below prepares excellent dishes and aperitifs.
