The second bedroom also offers a plush bunk bed set up of full/double beds, and boasts views of the lake, plus a generous closet for easy storage. Guests in this room can enjoy the tranquil scenery right from their window.

If you’re interested, we have a Lowe Tritoon with a 200 HP motor available for boat rent. Here are the details:


Discounted Price: $495/Day - Normally $595/day but by booking with us you will receive a $100/day discount
Extended Stay Discount: $200 discount if you book four nights for a weekend or three nights during the week (see details below for how we calculate weekday vs. weekend prices), bringing the price down to $395 for one day.
Includes: Lifejackets and a tube for added fun on the water


Please note that the boat is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as early as possible. If you’re eligible for the discount, it’s non-transferable and non-refundable, and it’s only valid for use during your stay.


To be eligible for the discount, you must be born before 1984 or obtain a Missouri Boaters license.


Week nights are considered Sunday through Thursday, so any booking that falls within those dates, such as a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or any day in between, is considered three nights. Any booking that falls on a Friday or Saturday will require you to book four nights to receive the discount.

Routine professional pest control is performed at this property; however, due to its lakefront and wooded location, insects and other pests may still be present and their occurrence does not constitute a failure to provide accommodations. Pest spray is provided as a courtesy, but complete elimination is not possible in this environment. Guests agree to properly store food and avoid leaving food, especially sugary items, exposed so as not to attract pests.
