This property accommodates up to 8 guests. The base rate covers up to 4 guests. For groups of 5 or more, an additional fee of ¥2,000 per night applies. When you enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking, this fee will be automatically reflected in your total.

🚪 This listing includes the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three-story house. Please use the north-facing entrance (“Entrée Nord”) to access the 2nd and 3rd floors.
🪟Guests do not have access to the 3rd-floor balcony. The window leading to the balcony is difficult to open, and forcing it may prevent it from closing properly.
Other things to note
- In accordance with Ota City regulations, all guests are required to provide their full name, address, and passport information (for non-Japanese guests only). A link to a Google Form will be sent prior to check-in for this purpose.
- The key box code and detailed access instructions will be provided via message before your check-in.
- House rules will be shared with you after your reservation is confirmed. Please make sure to review them carefully.
- This listing is a private rental of the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please note that guests may be staying on the 1st floor, and you may hear some everyday sounds (e.g., talking, laundry, water usage).

■ Noise
• This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum especially after 9:00 PM.
• Noise that disturbs neighbors (including late night/early morning): JPY 30,000
■ Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes)
• No smoking anywhere on the property: indoors / on the balcony / around the building.
• Violation (smoking, leaving cigarette butts, etc.): JPY 30,000 + deodorization and/or special cleaning fees as needed
• For hygiene and safety reasons, bringing cigarette butts into the property and disposing of them in trash bins is strictly prohibited.
■ Trash & bulky items
• Large amounts of trash or bulky items (e.g., suitcases, cardboard boxes) must be discussed in advance.
• Unauthorized leaving/illegal dumping: JPY 30,000 + actual disposal/collection costs
■ Keys & Security
• Lost/damaged key: JPY 10,000 (actual costs may be added if lock replacement or emergency response is required)
■ Damage / Stains to facilities & furniture
• We will charge for repair costs, replacement purchases, and arrangement/handling fees.
• For severe stains or odors, special cleaning costs (actual cost) will be added.
■ Vomiting due to parties/drinking
• If vomiting occurs: flat handling fee JPY 50,000 (+ special cleaning fees as needed)
■ Parking
• Long-term parking around the building is prohibited.
• Brief stops for taxi pick-up/drop-off are fine.
• Any trouble or costs arising from violations must be covered in full (actual costs) by the guest.
■ Late checkout
• Unauthorized extension after 11:00: JPY 100 per minute will be charged (as it delays our cleaning staff and impacts preparation for the next guests). If you would like a late checkout, please contact the host in advance.
■ Prohibited items/activities (excerpt)
• Noise / smoking / illegal dumping / damage or heavy soiling of facilities & furniture / hair dyeing in the sink area or bathroom / taking amenities or supplies home
• Depending on the violation, we will charge a penalty (JPY 30,000–50,000) and any actual costs incurred.
