Anji's place has been our best Airbnb experience yet! Perfect location as it is less than a minutes walk from the beach. Anji herself was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel completely at home right from the start. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Anji and her family were very welcoming. Great view of the Lyttleton port and a good spot to start the road trip from there to Akaroa!

Really great stay for a weekend getaway from the hustling bustling city of Christchurch! We grabbed some fresh food at the Saturday farmer's market in Lyttelton and had the pleasure of enjoying our home cooked meal with the incredibly scenic view of the bay from Mark & Anji's porch. The house is also located nearby to the coastal walking trail to Lyttelton as well as the water. Anji was a really great host and super friendly. We stayed in the comfy bed in the guest bedroom and the shower was warm and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very happy with my stay at Anji's in Cass Bay! Loved waking up to a view of the bay. Room and bed were very comfy, I had a bathroom for myself and the breakfast was everything I wished for (great coffee!) Anji and her family (and the dog) made me feel welcome and helped me out with recommendations and taking me places. Quite soon it was like being part of the family. I loved my walks into Lyttelton (great places for drinks and food!) and back.

The bed is extremely comfortable! The room is pretty small itself but has amazing views of the bay. Anji and her family are wonderful, sweet and friendly. They have quickly welcomed me into their home like I've been a part of the family. Her dog is the sweetest cuddle thing too. I'd love to stay again next time I'm in the area :) PS. Bus 535 stops right in front of the house. Very convenient.

This is an absolutely idyllic location and home that was wonderful for a break from the city. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to friends. Anja was not in the house during the time I was there but was very accessible by phone. I shared the home with a lovely family who were very helpful. To Do: The more hidden bays along the path to Lyttelton are fantastic to explore and the ferry to Diamond Bay runs frequently from Lyttelton. Transport: It's within walking distance of Lyttleton (30mins) which has regular public transport or you can also try connecting with the local service which is less frequent and last bus is at 7.45. Taxis come from the city and it is approx $20 from Cass Bay to Lyttelton. Just to note there are no shops or cafes in Cass Bay itself, Lyttelton has some eateries, I'd recommend purchasing food in Chch and bringing it with you.

I love adventure as well as relaxation. My husband Mark and I love boating and fishing. We love to travel, and also have our nose in a good book. I feel we are very social people but love our relaxing environment in the Bay.
