My brick ranch home is located on a quiet street, conveniently located to the interstate and fun. East Nashville: 4 miles, Downtown: 7 miles.

There is a large fenced backyard with a carport and attached garage. The house is fully stocked with recently updated appliances, propane grill, furniture, etc.

The space

This house is perfect if you have a family or a small group of people visiting together. It has two furnished bedrooms both with queen size mattresses. There is also a queen size air mattress for use, as well as the couch. The couch does not fold out though. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. There is plenty of driveway space for cars as well.

Guest access

The whole house. I do live at this house with a roommate. We are renting this house out when we are both out of town, so the bedrooms are not barren of knick knacks, etc.

We had a great visit to Andy's house in Nashville. The house was everything we needed, and the back yard was great for spending time outdoors. We enjoyed being able to retreat to the house after being in the busy city during the day or evenings. We never spent more than $15 on a ride downtown, even on the weekend. Great WiFi and Chromecast on the TV kept us entertained when spending time at the house. We did fix a couple of simple meals, but if you intend to really utilize the kitchen you should consider bringing your own knives or specific kitchen utensils, as there is a minimal stock of tools. Again, this was not a problem for us, but just an FYI in case it might help for someone booking in the future. All in all, if you don't mind being a short drive from all of the action in Nashville, Andy's house is a great option. The area is nice and reminded us of our own quiet neighborhood so we felt right at home.
