Our tiny houses are perfectly placed near some of Tennessee’s best state parks — Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island, Burgess Falls, and Virgin Falls are all an easy drive. Whether you’re here to kayak the Calfkiller, fish the Caney Fork, or hike to a waterfall (or three), this place makes it easy to slow down and stay awhile. Weekend, week, or longer—you won’t want to leave.

Just a reminder, most of the towns stores and eateries are closed on Sundays.
