Main Level – Open-Concept Elegance
Step through the front door into a grand vaulted foyer that opens into an inviting, light-filled space. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s paradise, featuring quartz countertops, Thermador commercial-grade appliances, and a butler’s pantry. A spacious kitchen island seats four, making it the perfect spot for conversation while meals are prepared.
The dining area comfortably seats eight, with the ability to seat 12-there is a leaf and 4 chairs in the butler's pantry. Whether you prefer a formal setting or a relaxed gathering, this area is the perfect fit. After dinner, move effortlessly into the living room, where plush furnishings, a remote-controlled fireplace, and double glass doors leading to the deck create an inviting ambiance. Step outside to enjoy the coastal breeze from the full-length deck overlooking the stunning pool area or opt to dine outside with the rustic outdoor dining set for 8.
The first-floor primary suite is a sanctuary of its own, featuring a king bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a rain-head shower, soaking tub, custom tile work, a double vanity, and a private water closet.
Upper Level – Luxurious Accommodations
Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and one with a queen. Two bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms showcasing elegant, custom tile work. The middle bedroom is a queen bed and shares a large hall bathroom with another king bedroom. The two private en suite bedrooms offer deck access, where you can enjoy peaceful backyard views and even a peek-a-boo glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway from one of the four rocker adirondacks.
Ground Level – Entertainment & Outdoor Oasis
The first-floor entertainment lounge is where the fun begins! This all-season space features a large TV, plush swivel seating, and a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for movie nights or watching the big game, a card table adds to the excitement. Included in this area is a wet bar with an ice maker, wine fridge and a full sized refrigerator. There is another large custom tiled bathroom here as well.
Step outside to the resort-style backyard, where a covered patio with a fireplace, TV, conversation set and a beautifully designed pool awaits. Relax in one of the eight poolside loungers, fire up the outdoor grill, and enjoy long summer evenings under the stars.
The pool can be heated for $800 plus tax & fees per week. We heat our pools to 85 degrees. Pools will get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. Adding Pool Heat does not guarantee the pool will be warm enough to swim in during the colder seasons.
