This stunning accommodation is situated within the grounds of a beautiful architectural award-winning private estate in the Cotswolds “an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)”. With close links to the vibrant Roman town of Cirencester (named the capital of the Cotswolds) and other idyllic towns and villages such as Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford, this is the perfect location to start your exploration through the “Heart of England”.

The space
The Long Barn sleeps 7 guests in a very high standard of accommodation.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lobby/boot room and a large, fully equipped kitchen/diner with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a a farmhouse table that seats 8 comfortably.

An open stairway leads to a large sitting room and games / reading area with lovely views across the estate. On this floor there are also 2 double bedrooms (one ensuite with a bath ), a twin and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

To the front of the property is a fully enclosed, private garden

Plenty of parking opposite the property.

There are two resident dogs on the estate at the back of where the Long Barn is situated so we ask visitors to please stay to the designated areas (signs are in place for areas not accessible).

We welcome dogs but ask they do not go on furniture or in bedrooms and are never left alone in the property. They must be kept on a lead at all times when not in the property or garden.

Please also note that we are in a rural location. Public transport is extremely limited and we are not within walking distance of any amenities, although Cirencester is just a 5 minute drive away .

Other things to note
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide a home away from home. In every property you'll find the following amenities:

* A welcome hamper including fresh eggs from our resident girls, homemade jams and locally made biscuits.

* Kitchen basics: teabags, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cling film, foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, scourer, tea towels, bin bags

* Iron / ironing board

* Bathroom basics: soap, shampoo, shower gel, loo rolls

* All bed linens and towels are luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton hotel quality. Down duvets and pillows and super comfy pocket sprung mattresses.

* Hair dryer

* High chair and travel cot (bedding not provided)

* Outdoor dining furniture and BBQ (charcoal not provided)

Crucis Park is set amongst beautiful countryside and offers guests a peaceful and relaxing environment to stay. There are lovely walks around the estate where you can immerse yourself in nature. A short car journey takes you to the town of Cirencester which is steeped in Roman history and offers travellers unique shops to browse, bespoke cafes and cosy pubs to luxurious restaurants. The world famous town of Bibury is a 15 minute car journey away as are other Cotswold attractions.
