This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
The apartment is located in a gated condominium in the center of the tourist town of Viareggio on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Viareggio offers the opportunity to relax on the wide, long and sandy beaches. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions: Pisa 26 km, Florence 98 km, charming Pietrasanta 12 km, Cinque Terre National Park 94 km. The train station is 900 m from the apartment, the bus station is 1300 m - this gives you the opportunity to easily explore area.

The space
The 45 m2 apartment on the second floor is renovated, equipped with new furniture and modern appliances. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances and utensils, i.e. refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee maker, set of pots and pans and cutlery and plates. The living room has a corner sofa bed for two people, a Smart TV and a table for comfortable meals, and a French balcony with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps. The bedroom has a double bed (can be extended into two singles), a closet for clothes, an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, cabinets, mirror and a new washer-dryer. The apartment has a private Wi-Fi network (600 mbps). Air conditioning is installed.

Guest access
Guests can park their car free of charge in the fenced parking lot. The condominium is equipped with an elevator and a wide, comfortable staircase. The apartment is located near supermarkets, a pharmacy, a park with attractions for children, numerous cafes, ice cream shops and restaurants. It is only a 7-minute walk to the beach through the city park!
