Your room consists of a comfy bed that sleeps two, a clean private bathroom, cable TV, air conditioning, and pool access. You will also have plenty of cabinet space for your belongings. There will even be a maid and a security guard on site to make sure our home is always clean and safe for our guests.
You will be assigned a room key for your room when you check in. You'll also have access to the main kitchen, pool, and washing machine (in the back of the house) on the main floor. Often time, we'll have tea, coffee, fruits, and snacks in the common area, so help yourself if there are any left.
Interaction with guests
On occasions, you'll see us in the common area working or hanging loose, but if we step out for a bit , you can call or text us directly if you need anything. There will always be a security guard on site to ensure everyone's safety.
We suggest, that once you meet other guests who are staying in our home, exchange numbers if you don't mind, because there are meet-up events amongst our guests here and there, and we create a group chat to set the coordinates. Yes, everyone is welcome, even your friends or families who don't stay with us!
Other things to note
We have friends who work in tourism throughout the central provinces and they know these places very well. If you are interested in exploring Hoi An, Da Nang, Hue and beyond, but you do not have a specific agenda, please let us know in advance, preferably a few days ahead, so we can help you create your itinerary, depending on your availability, prior to your arrival.
We definitely want you to have a good and relaxing experience during your visit, so we'll connect you with a local guide to lay out all of the options based on your time here, and you can decide what works best for you! :-)
We're pretty easy-going and we try not to create too many rules, but at the same time, we want to be fair to every person who stays with us, thus we kindly ask you and your company to please take these seriously.
A. Please do not smoke inside the house. It's one of those rules that we must enforce due to the health interests of our guests and their traveling companions. Often time, we have children and elders as guests, hence if you need a smoke break, please do so outside the premise.
B. If you have guests/friends at other hotels or homestay, who will be staying overnight, they must be registered with us, because that's the law and there is no exception to this rule.
C. Please turn off all lights, air conditioner/fan, and water before leaving the house. Also, wash the dirty dishes and other kitchenware afterwards if you were prepping a snack or cooking a meal in the main kitchen prior.
D. Please leave your shoes and slippers on the shoe rack before coming inside the house. We want to maintain the house as clean as possible and very much appreciate it if you could, too.
E. Please have respect for other guests who are staying in our home. We enjoy meeting new people traveling from all over the world and listening to their stories. We hope that your visit to Vietnam results in wonderful memories that could last a lifetime.
F. If you do eat, please eat your meal in the common area such as kitchen or by pool side, and try not to eat inside your room.
