The space
Beautiful beach cottage located inside Miramar ‘s exclusive well loved Gulfside Cottages community. Steps to the beach and community pool. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Newly renovated with custom tiles, hardwood floors and updated furnitures. Custom designed for a truly luxurious and relaxing beach vacation. Come stay relax and enjoy beach days. No busy highways to cross. No worries about packing kids and beach equipment into a car and have to fight for parking at public beaches.
Our charming 2 story beach cottage is 1284 sq ft. Offers 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. Inviting front porch with seating and a swing leading to an open floor plan with a fully updated kitchen and spacious living room along with a half bath and laundry closet.
Upstairs is 2 large bedrooms with an en-suite bath and private porch. Master bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed. Guest bedroom has two spacious full sized beds. Living room we have a queen size sofa Bed for guests as an extra sleeping arrangement. Please let us know ahead of you plan on needing this arrangement.
Guest access
Whole house with spacious living room and kitchen. Large bedrooms with own private balcony and bathrooms. Two full bathrooms with shower tubs and a half bathroom. Kitchen and main living room on ground floor with access to front porch and back porch.

We hope our guests will have a wonderful stay. We only ask our guests to treat this home like it is their own and care for it like it is theirs. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Some things to note for your visit:

Smoking: We are a non smoking home. Smoking of any kind, vaping is not allowed inside home and on balconies. Please keep in mind our cleaners do come shortly after checkout to prepare home for future guests, if there are signs of smoking of any kind inside the home we will charge minimum of $450. If it prevents future guest from being able to check in the fines for smoking can be up to the full amount of the guests reservation.
SUPPLIES: While we do leave a small starter pack of supplies for your check-in, please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to get additional items you may need. For longer stays, you will need to bring more shampoo, soap, toilet paper and detergent. Items like coffee, coffee filters, salt, spices and olive oil are not provided.
Pack and Play: Not part of the listed amenities but we will provide this as courtesy for our guests free of charge to help make traveling a little easier for our guest. But for safety reasons we do not provide pack and play sheets and blankets. We encourage families to bring their own pack and play for their little one’s comfort.
TOWELS and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. We do provide beach towels however guests are required to launder beach towels before check out to avoid $25 launder fee.
Washer and dryer are free to use and are located inside the house. Please dry all beach towels and beach clothing outside and shake off items free of sand before putting into washer/ dryer. We
Do not provide laundry detergent for guests.
BBQ Grill provided as courtesy, free of charge. Please bring your own propane tank or use the empty one provided and fill at the gas station or anywhere that provides that service. Please clean grill before and after use. Any grill left uncleaned is subject to $50 cleaning fee.
Beach Chairs Beach Equipments: We do have 4 beach chairs and some beach toys for our guests as courtesy to use free of charge, but this is not apart of our listed amenities, incase these items are not available during your visit we encourage our guests to plan ahead and provide their own beach equipments. If guests do use provided chairs and beach toys, please return to original location so future guests can also use. Unreturned or damage chairs toys can result in replacement cost charges.
Patio Swing: 250 lbs maximum capacity. Children must be supervised.
POOL:
Codes will be provided for guest to have access for the duration of their reservation. Please note pool closures due to cleaning and maintenance is out of our control, in such case we do not provide refund or discounts for the reservation.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Only If available. Subject to additional charge depending on requests.
LATE CHECKOUT: not guaranteed. Extra day needs to be booked to guarantee the late checkout. Late check out subject to additional charge depending on situation. Please keep in mind our cleaners charge based on their time, all cleanings have been scheduled according to check out time.
Keep Doors and Windows Closed: Bugs and pests are a pain and especially here in Florida. We take every measure to make sure this is not an issue during your stay including being on a regular maintenance program with professional bugs and pest control. However, while some bugs and pest do not live in the house, they are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window.
EMERGENCY and MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: You can message us here or call us. Please allow 2-4 hours for response time. For emergencies like being locked out please call host with number provided at booking. We do not offer refunds or discounts for issues that are out of our control such as weather, power outage, WiFi outage, community maintenance which include landscaping tree cutting, bug bites from out door activities or from leaving windows and doors open.
