Important Note
- Parking -
There's only 1 FREE parking allocated to each unit. Should you need additional 1 parking, kindly park at legal street parking next to Jalan Midah.
**[Unauthorized parking will be clamped by security]
- Access card -
One access card allocated to One Booking, if additional access card is needed, kindly request with our staff (Depends on Availability)
**[Lost/Damaged card will be charged RM150 for replacement]
- Cleaning services -
No Daily housekeeping unless requested, charge at RM100/time
**Subject to prior request and availability.
- Dirt stain/Personal Cleanliness -
if any Dirt stain on linens are founds upon check out, replacement fee might apply. Kindly clean the dishes after use, additional cleaning fee may applies if unit is left in dirty condition.
- Strictly no smoking -
if any smoke ash/smell are found in unit, penalty is RM500.

1. If you plan to hold any events, whether small or large, please inform us in advance.
If the number of participants exceeds the permitted limit, prior approval is required.

2. After the event, guests are responsible for cleaning and restoring the space.
Please do not stick or hang anything on the walls, as this may damage the unit or affect its appearance.
活动结束后，请负责清理并恢复空间原状。请勿在墙壁上张贴或悬挂物品，以免损坏或影响美观。
3. This unit only provides parking for one vehicles.
If you have additional vehicles that need overnight parking, please consult the security personnel for nearby options.
本单位仅提供 1个停车位，如需额外过夜停车，请咨询保安寻找附近的停车选择。
4. At both check-in and check-out, kindly take photos and send them to us for record purposes.
If the access card or keys are lost, a replacement fee will be charged.
入住与退房时，请拍照并发给我们作为记录。若卡或钥匙遗失，将需支付更换费用。
5. Please check out on time so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare for the next guest.

Please switch off air-conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving the unit.
外出时请关闭空调、电灯及电器，节省能源并避免过热。
2. Kitchen Use 厨房使用
Cooking is allowed, but please clean up afterwards. Avoid heavy frying to prevent smoke and odors.
可使用厨房烹饪，但请烹饪后清理干净。避免大量油炸，以免触发烟雾警报或留下异味。
3. Balcony & Safety 阳台与安全
Please use the balcony safely. Do not lean or climb on railings.
使用阳台时请注意安全，请勿倚靠或攀爬栏杆。
4. Visitors & Noise 访客与噪音
Visitors outside of registered guests must be approved in advance.
非登记住客需事先获得允许。请勿举办派对或制造过度噪音，以免影响邻居与大楼管理。
5. Facilities Usage 公共设施
Swimming pool, gym and other facilities must be used according to building management rules & hours.
游泳池、健身房等设施需遵守大楼管理规则及开放时间。
6. Damages 损坏与赔偿
Please notify us immediately if any items are damaged. Significant damages may incur compensation.
