Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds.
The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse.
A TV is included in the kitchen.
The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland.
From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

The space
For larger parties both Ascot and Sandown can be booked. The adjoining doors dividing them can be opened to make the place twice the size.

Where you’ll be

Medway, England, United Kingdom

Being on the northern limit of Kent before the River Thames, Cliffe is a very quiet village of three thousand people surrounded by farmland. The village has a very large Church proving that Cliffe was a very important area for trade in years gone by. The area boasts two RSPB reserves (one within easy walking distance) where you can find fascinating walks on the North Kent marshes.
We have a sprinkling of lovely Public Houses serving fine food. Within ten minutes you can escape the rural area and discover the Medway Towns where there is so much to see and do. A tour round the Castle or a stroll through the beautiful Cathedral. You can go to the Ropery in Historic Chatham Dockyard or a tour around the Royal Engineers Museum in Bromton- Break the day up with a nice lunch in one of the many restaurants in Rochester High Street before you return to the Stables
