We are located in the middle of Vancouver with easy access to transportation, shops restaurants and entertainment. The proximity to Vancouver General Hospital makes this apartment an ideal hub for health-care professionals.
Open concept one bedroom apartment located on the third floor in a quiet and secure building. The kitchen is fully loaded with kitchen utensils, baking dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, small kitchen appliances etc... Appliances include: fridge, stove, microwave, hood fan and dishwasher. The washroom has a soaker bath tub, rain head /hand held shower, toilet and sink. In the bedroom there is a large window with Black out blinds, queen size bed and a large pax wardrobe closet. The living room has a large window with black out blinds, brand new comfy sofa, flatscreen SAMSUNG 4K tv with basic cable, Netflix and wireless internet. Just off of the living room is a patio which over looks the garden and hot tub. There is laundry in the suite and detergent and laundry basket is provided.
You will have access to the entire fully equipped suite with balcony and hot tub. Secured underground parking (available upon request).

No bicycles allowed in apartment/balcony
Hot tub hours are from 10am - 10pm
Turn on the bathroom fan when showering and if possible leave the bathroom door open and fan on for at least 15 minutes
Lock both front door and patio door when exiting the property
Subject to $500 fee if rules above have been broken.
