You’ll love my place because of the contemporary design in this unique Heritage building(originally an ammunition store for Hudson's Bay company, then it was a Cornerstore grocery), professional renovated, like new, clean, peaceful setting and sundeck off of kitchen . My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.
Your Space is private, top floor in a unique Heritage building that was professionally renovated, everything is new and has a contemporary, cozy design. This building was originally built at the turn of the century and was an ammunition store for the Hudson's Bay Company and then a Cornerstore. The Space has a private entrance, is clean, in a peaceful setting and a private sundeck off of kitchen. It is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids)...Netflix. Your host is experienced and will make your stay enjoyable and easy.
You will have entire top floor of building and private south facing sundeck.

2 blocks to Main st...coolest street in Vancouver which includes many great locally owned restaurants, breweries, antique shops, bakeries, coffee shops, pizza and more. You will enjoy Chaise Lounge, Cottage Bistro(live music), Grub(amazing food), Portland tap house, Trafiq bakery, Trillusa pizza.
Other spots in the immediate neighbourhood include Queen Elizabeth Park, Nat Bailey Stadium, Hillcrest community centre (10 minute walk) with swimming pools indoor/outdoor, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness centre, skating rink, basektball courts.
Great access to transit.
-1 long block to King Edward Ave bus stop where you can get to CANADA LINE in 5 min or to the SKYTRAIN in 15 min.
-2 blocks to the Main St. bus stop which will take you downtown in about 20 min, Stanley Park in 35 min, Grouse Mountain Tram in about 1 hour.
Other things to note
In the morning you can walk 1 block to coffee and handmade crepes at St. George Le Marche. While your there pick up some Oyama sausage and fine cheese for an afternoon snack. At night you can stroll over to Earnest Ice Cream for locally made ice cream like Whiskey Hazelnut, Spruce Bud, or London Fog...mmmm!
Other great things in the immediate area: World-class Queen Elizabeth Park. You can visit the spectacular Quarry gardens, check out the exotic tropical bird & plant conservatory in a triodetic dome, then dine on the patio at Season's restaurant with spectacular view of downtown and mountains.
Nooner at Nat! Watch the Vancouver Canadian's baseball team at Nat Bailey Stadium, drink great beer, enjoy a famous Nathan's foot long hot dog(s) all the way from New York. Some evening games have a great fireworks show, check schedule.
