As you enter the apartment you will be greeted by the warm light from the 3 large windows facing south. A hallway separates the bedrooms from the living room if someone wants to turn in early...others can hang out & relax.

Comfortably fits 4 adults. Families are welcome! We are located on a 4th Floor Walkup with very nice wide stairs.

I ❤️ NY. I ❤️❤️❤️ 101 Thompson Street! Live like a New Yorker in this perfect little pad. I was lucky enough to enjoy 10 amazing days with my husband and two sons (10 & 8) in the heart of SoHo. The apartment exceeded our expectation on every level. The location is close to everything - subways, shops, restaurants, deli..... The space is light and airy and very spacious for NYC. The public playground, kids pool and court was a pleasant surprise, and our host Craig showed sincere kindness and hospitality. This really is a home from home, and provides everything you need to feel part of the best city on earth. We can't wait to return to 101 Thompson. ❤️

A cute brilliantly located apartment. I stayed here with my teenage son and we had such a great time. The location makes seeing NYC so easy as you can pop in and out between sightseeing trips. The apartment has everything you need and is restful & comfortable. Liz and Craig were warm, welcoming hosts. I'd definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Cafe's. The apartment was as described although the small bath tub did take me by surprise, I had envisaged 2 bathrooms that would be suitable for adults. That didn't affect our stay and I would definitely return. We didn't see Liz and Craig very much but that's because we were fortunate enough to have everything go smoothly. When I did call, Liz was available to answer my questions immediately. Washer and dryer were an essential for us as we didn't bring much with us to save room in our cases to bring lots home. Liz and Craig helped carry our bags up and down the stairs and I am very grateful for that. If you stay here I would recommend you try the pancakes at Once upon a Tart on Sullivan Street...amazing! Thank you Liz and Craig hope to see you again in the near future.

We stayed in Elizabeth and Craig's lovely apartment for 12 nights and we had the holiday of a lifetime. Elizabeth and Craig met us upon arrival and were really helpful with tips of local eateries and bars etc. What made it for us was the locality of everything, the subway (choice of 3 stations) were extremely close and the designer shops in Prince and Spring streets were to die for !!! I can honestly say that if you want a holiday that makes you feel like a local living in a village in a city - this is the apartment for you ... Our children (20 and 19) were happy to go off wandering without us and we felt happy to let them, I can honestly say there wasn't a time when we didn't feel safe in anyway. There is a play area/ basketball court and outdoor lido next to the building for younger children, something you don't usually see in a big city. The apartment being 4 floors up wasn't a problem, we were happy to get the exercise each day after eating all the yummy food NYC has to offer ! It was great having 2 bathrooms with 4 adults getting ready. Now lets talk about the view.... You never tire of looking at the freedom tower, each day and night it looked different - we would quite often meet up in the lounge in the middle of the night with jet lag and just sit staring at it! One night there was a lightening storm and we all jumped out of bed excited to see the views of NYC lighting up. When we went up the top of the Freedom tower we had a reverse view and could see our lovely little apartment. Our children have already asked if they can go back and stay in 'our New York home ' again and I would feel incredibly safe letting them do so. Liz and Craig were away when we checked out but this wasn't a problem as we popped the keys round to their coffee shop a couple of blocks away. Thank you Liz and Craig and the girls for sharing your home with us- WE LOVED IT x ( hope to see you again soon)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely family apartment. Great location, the actual apartment was true to the description & photos, shame there was no elevator but you can't have everything especially in older character properties!! Liz & her husband were fantastic hosts, friendly, available, & accommodating. Stayed with our two boys & would definitely recommend it.

I have lived in this building for 20 years & love it! My husband and I have 2 kids ages 10 & 13. Our kids go to the local public schools. We love living a village lifestyle in the big city. Walking everywhere and seeing all our friends & neighbors as we go. We know you will enjoy our home & the neighborhood we love in too!
