This gentleman has very nervous behavior, did not send me information about arrival time, but I have sent him several messages which is it has seen. I was waiting him until 6PM, and after I receive emergency call that my employe had a accident in office, I run to office and receive call from his mexican friend phone call that they are arrive. I immediately drive back to house from hospital and accommodate this gentleman, said sorry Ill be back in few minutes. After 5 minutes I get phone call from him that he wouldn't stay in my apartment, the reason was because I was in hurry due his check in. To avoid all problem I offer him full refund and my apologize.
Upon arrival, he lock the door with key inside, paid to carpenter 50USD to fix it after.
In the end I make him full refund including AirBnB fee 80USD (but he paid only 60USD) with my apologize. He wrote me letter that he is satisfied and will not leave any comments here and we shake hands. Now he puts one stars and bad comments. You are very "honest" man Mr. Gillles, thank you.
