Hi there. There's 4 of us in our little gang-myself, my hubby Rich and our two wee girls. Life's been an interesting journey so far - we've travelled and worked all over the world, lived in Japan and the UK. We've just arrived back in our hometown of Wellington after 5 years of living in Auckland. I'm not saying our wildest days are behind us but these days we're living a simpler life enjoying our little family back home in NZ. We're enjoying rediscovering our hometown hood.
As guests we're respectful and appreciative and while we don't need babysitting, we enjoy meeting interesting folk doing interesting stuff and hopefully, we've got a story or two to tell too.
We're pretty clean green kinda folk, want to live in a world that's fair and just and filled with people pursuing their passions. I fundamentally believe the way to people's hearts is through their stomachs and never turn down an opportunity to cook, taste and talk food. We're 'people' people and in our jobs as a qualitative researcher and a health professional come into contact with all walks of life, which we love. That's why we do what we do.
We love the idea of airbnb as it offers a little bit of soul compared to the sterile world of cookie cutter commercial accommodation.
We hope you will welcome us into your homes, and you into ours! Look forward to meeting you !
