The space
The 64m2 apartment on the second floor of this four-floor building was constructed in 2023. The area is peaceful but close enough to the city centre and offers good connections with a car or public transport.
The apartment has two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160cm wide double bed, large windows and cosy bedside lighting. The smaller bedroom has two separate 80cm wide single beds, which can be combined for a double bed. The room also has an armchair. The 5th and 6th persons would sleep in the living room. We have a large sofa and an air mattress for one person each.
The large open kitchen and living room has a reading corner with two armchairs, a designer sofa and a 70" 4K TV. The living room extends to the large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and the 6-person dining table is perfect for any home-cooked meal.
The apartment also has a large bathroom with a sauna and a washing machine with a drying function.
The apartment has all modern requirements, like central floor heating, cooling and a dedicated covered parking spot with EV-charging (1.8 kWh). Please note that a tall van cannot fit into the parking spot. If you are travelling in a taller car, contact us for details on height.
