The Refuge de Magalli, located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, is an ideal haven of peace for stays with family or friends. With a capacity of up to 12 people, the 155 m² apartment combines comfort, charm and mountain authenticity. It is located in a renovated old Savoyard farmhouse offering modern spaces while preserving the authenticity of the place.
Please note that in high season, the rental is available from SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
The space
The Magalli refuge obtained a "3 * Tourist Accommodation" rating in December 2025. Other remarks
• Underfloor heating on a wood-burning boiler (no supplies to do)
• Linen: Linens and towels are provided and included in your stay
• Cleaning: Cleaning is included, however, we kindly ask that you return the space tidy, remove the sheets from the beds, and take away your garbage before you leave.

The apartment is equipped with WIFI on fiber
In a typical Savoyard old farmhouse, the 155 m² apartment is spread over two levels:
From the parking lot, you will have an entrance equipped with storage for your leisure equipment.
Upstairs, step-free with the terrace, a large living room with lounge and dining room as well as a very large fully equipped kitchen with island and bar.
On the same level, a separate toilet opens onto a hallway that leads to two bedrooms, the first comprising 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds, the second 1 double bed and a sofa bed carefully chosen for its comfort. A very large bathroom is available with a shower and bathtub.
On the other side of the living room, an independent bedroom includes 1 double bed, 2 folding bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet, very large shower and hot tub.
An outdoor terrace completes everything and offers views of Mount Charvin at sunset. Equipped with a barbecue and furniture, you can eat or rest in the sunbeds.
Weekly rentals are SUNDAY TO SUNDAY

From the center of PRAZ-SUR-ARLY, follow the Val d'Arly road towards Flumet. After the BELHAMBRA vacation center on the right, turn onto the Essertets road. At 300 m, take the road on the left at the fork. At about 100 m, you arrive at the parking lot on the right side.
Other things to note
The village of Praz sur Arly is accessible by train to Albertville (direct from Paris in the winter season) or Sallanches. Buses provide the connection from the 2 stations.
By car, from Chambéry and Grenoble, or from the Arve Valley, it will take you ½ hour from Albertville or Sallanches to reach the resort.
