Ideally located 30 minutes from Nantes and Clisson, and 1 hour from the Atlantic coast, the Vendée coast and Puy du Fou.

This RECENTLY BUILT property has been designed with meticulous attention to detail (based on our own experience as guests) in order to provide ALL THE COMFORT necessary for guests passing through or for our loved ones.

The BRIGHT LIVING ROOM includes a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a dining area with a bench and chairs, a sofa, a small desk, Wi-Fi, a TV and a games library for your leisure time.

The INDEPENDENT and SPACIOUS BEDROOM has a 160 x 200 cm bed (sheets provided), benches for placing suitcases and a closet (hanging space and shelves).

The BRIGHT BATHROOM is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit and a wall-mounted toilet.

A washing machine is available in the small utility room.

You can enjoy a small outdoor TERRACE with a dining area, ideal for savoring a glass of local wine, overlooking the marsh and our garden. A PARASOL and cushions are available.
