Karla's place was wonderful. A very homey vibe perfect for a short summer residency grad program at CSU.

Location is perfect to be near university and close to Old Town. Did not meet Karla but, she was accessible through the reservation and the stay. She allowed me to stay an extra night and facilitated the added date through the airbnb site.

This a very cute place in a great location. It needs some attention regarding cleanliness. This would be a good value following some tender loving care!

Karla's home offered a peaceful respite as a I transitioned between old and new housing in Fort Collins. The house is quiet, clean, and exactly as pictured, and has an amazing garden filled with grapes, berries, peaches, flowers, and fragrant mint. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch, sipping coffee, and admiring all the beautiful plants. I also appreciated Karla's patience and understanding with my ever-shifting check-in time. Thank you for your hospitality, Karla!

Karla is a wonderful host - very friendly and welcoming. Her kitty, Cobweb, is an extra bonus if you're a cat-lover, like me. The garden-like yard is another bonus. The only downside was the train horns at night and that's not anything she can control. I got used it after two or three nights and I consider myself a light sleeper. If you're a heavy sleeper, you might not even notice it.
