Hi everyone, Lita and I live in this apartment since 2013. We've made a cozy place where to live. Since our first day at the apartment, we've lived with roomies. We like sharing our place. We've hosted friends from Colombia and made new friends from Italy and Denmark. We are okay hosting either girls or guys. You'll be 3 streets away from Parque 93. 2 blocks from a large supermarket. And will be surrounded by different restaurants and activities. We live with two beautiful cats (Lupe & Gato).

- A bookshelf

- A lamp for the reading chair
- A dedicated router to amplify the WiFi network (10MB)
- A TV with Netflix
The apartment has:

Other things to note
We live with two cats. They are sweet and clean. The litters are at a small internal covered patio. They don't share space in the main areas (not the kitchen, not the living room). We clean them every 2 days.
Also, Lita is a dance teacher. She uses the living room for her classes. 3 days on weekdays and Saturdays. The rooms are divided by a door in the hall. Weekday classes start at 6:00pm and end by 8:00pm. Saturday classes start at 9:00am and end by 6:00pm.
Please be mindful about these two topics. If you don't like cats, or, if you feel that classes might be a problem, please don't book. We are respectful about people's space and time. We expect the same from you.
- We live with 2 cats.
- We use the living room as a dance studio. During weekdays until 9:00pm and on Saturdays most of the day. There's a living room that separates the music from the room which is great. However, please be advised in case you decide to stay with us :)

Hi everyone! I am Santiago. I grew up in Bogotá and I am startup lover! I am currently working for Torre ((URL HIDDEN) the second largest internet company in Colombia (based on The Economist). I am always on the move but always willing to help new visitors.
I listed my apartment with my girlfriend Lita. She is a dancer. She has spent many years learning Indian dances. She loves Odissi and Khattak and practices them a lot! She teaches Bollywood in Bogotá at her academy Anjali ((URL HIDDEN) and different universities, such as Academia de Artes Guerrero & Universidad de los Andes.
Both of us love to travel. We put this apartment in place in order to save the money to go around ^-^. If you stay with us today, we might end up staying at your Airbnb tomorrow!
Looking forward to meeting you.
