During your stay
I will not be present but since it is a 5-star water chalet, you will be entertained by hotel staff for all your needs. However, you may still contact me for any assistance if you preferred.

FYI, arranging for room booking needs some time and if the booking is successful, original voucher need to be sent to you and that may take some time too. Therefore, it is advisable to contact me at least three to four weeks in advance for the arrangement. Especially if your preferred date is around peak season such as Western New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Aidifitri, School Holiday and Christmas Season, it is advisable to book as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
