The “Diaz Holiday home” is right in the heart of Syracuse, just 1.3 kilometers, more or less 10 minutes' walk from the Archaeological Park of Neapolis and 850 meters, 10 minutes’ walk from Ortigia.
Diaz Holiday home, an apartment completely renovated, has a large dining area, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, three bedrooms with bathrooms inside, except for the cyclists room where the bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment.

Its strategic location allows you to escape the sultry heat of summer days. At about 1.4 km, in Via Riviera Dionisio il Grande, on a stunning rocky cliff, is the Zen Solarium, while in Ortigia, in the summer, you can freshen up in a small beach called Calarossa, or at Forte Vigliena Solarium, at Sbarcadero Sainta Lucia solarium or at the most recent solarium called Seven Rocks.
For those unwilling to walk, a few steps from the house, we recommend you to get on the shuttle bus, Siracusadamare, which include three lines:Ortigia, Neapolis and Dionisio il Grande, and whose itineraries are available at the following link: http: // (URL HIDDEN)
However, if you'd prefer to spend a whole day by the sea, we suggest you to go by car, since it is easy to find a free parking near the Diaz Holiday Home and go to the nearby beaches of Arenella, Fontane Bianche, or the rocks of Plemmirio Reserve.
Alternatively, about 37 km away from Syracuse, only half an hour by car through the highway Siracusa- Gela (A18), you can easily reach the beautiful beaches of San Lorenzo, the naturale reserve of Vendicari or Calamosche, the Isola delle correnti or Capo Passero, that is the extreme south-eastern tip of Sicily, and many others.
