PETS
This is a dog friendly property, there is a pet fee per pet (limit 2), per stay. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up any poo sculptures. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. $10 per each sculpture if left behind.
SECURITY
There will be no parties, pow-wows or gatherings in this home. Any unauthorized guests are not allowed. All communication must come to the hosts.
This home is monitored by audio/visual through cameras on the exterior of the home. There is a smart sensor as well within the home to monitor noise/smoke/CO2.
FIRE PIT
Use of the fire pit with adult supervision. Ensure all knobs are turned to off once complete.
SMOKING
Strict $350 fee for any smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. It is the lead booking adult's responsibility to ensure this is followed.
PARKING
Guests will have access to street parking in front of the home on D street. Plenty of parking in this part of town and no permit is required, read signage for trash service days.
There is no driveway or attached garage.
TRASH
If a large gathering creates excess trash within a one week time period. There will be a $100 excess trash charge. We really don't anticipate this happening. We have some guests that do a great job breaking down their boxes and some guests don't, which fills up the bins very quickly. We encourage all guests to be respectful of the space so the house doesn’t fill up with excess trash. This will be assessed during check out.
