Overall, we really loved our stay in Lisbon. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere and it was easy to navigate. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby and an awesome spot to rent bikes, scooters, segways, etc... is down the street (The guy who owns that shop (Lisbon Point?) is Sergio, he is awesome and really loves his country!). Rita was our contact person for checking-in. She was about an hour and a half late meeting us. She told us there was a lot of traffic, which we understand is out of her control. However, she said 30 minutes and after 30 minutes, it became another 30 minutes. We had a mojito while we waited so not that bad. Rita was very nice when she greeted us and was very apologetic. She helped us plan out things to do and made sure we were comfortable in the apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and pictures do not do it justice! Our only issues were the construction outside, they start early in the morning (which we understand is out of their control). Also, the restaurants are wonderful, but you do hear everything outside (again, this is out of their control). The mattress is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs and it is very hard. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again because the location is awesome, perhaps we would wait for a softer mattress first.
