This beautiful home boasts ample spaces of more than 4,000. Sq. feet of interior living. The Casa SeaEsta backyard is a dream with spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez and Palmilla Point.
There are 3 master bedrooms with full bathroom, ocean views, walk-in closets and their own terrace. The master bedroom downstairs besides the King size bed it has a trundle bed where 2 kids can fit perfectly. There is one guest room in the casita that is separate from the home with a full bathroom and queen size bed.
The interior finishes are exquisite throughout. The kitchen has a large island and breakfast bar area. There is a very large pantry and laundry area with an entry to a spacious two car garage.
*Please notice that the showers are spa-like bath tubs just for decorative purposes but ARE NOT meant to be filled up.
*A minimum of a 7 nights stay for holidays and spring break is required.

The friendly service team on site is there for you to discuss the many options available for adventure or relaxation in the area or arrange restaurant reservations, cleaning, car rentals, grocery shopping, personal chef, in home spa and much more.
•Late Check out and early Check in have to be discussed and paid for in advance.
•The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
•Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.)
•Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused.
•Renter must be over 25 years of age.
•The unit is a NON Smoking Unit.
•Pets are not permitted under any conditions.
•Children must be supervised at all times.
•The Jacuzzi is for adults only.
•No glass is allowed in the pool area
•Obnoxious behavior or excessive alcohol drinking will not be permitted
•Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
•Keep the AC controllers above 74 degrees, and please turn the AC off when you leave the unit.
