Classic cottage on the outside, Modern on the inside. Cottage has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with two (2) full size baths with separate Sink Vanities, so up to 4 separate people can use the bathrooms in the morning rush! Kitchen has easy to clean Granite counters. Equipped with Dinnerware, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, Microwave, Toaster Oven, TV equipped for streaming, WIFI. NO cable or over the air channels are available

CONSUMABLES: At each unit turnover, we refill handsoap bottles and provide (1) roll of toilet paper per bedroom. We do not service/restock the units every day. Please be aware of this upon arrival so you can be prepared and obtain the consumables for your (a) number of guests and (b) The length of your stay. (Consumables = toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, sponges, cooking oil, etc)

TRASH - Trash dumpster located in rear yard of unit, close to alley.

MUSIC: The neighborhood is a relatively quiet one and noise complaints are easy to get, so we don't allow any loud music outside, live or otherwise. If we get a noise complaint from the neighbors, we have the right to deduct from your deposit up to $1,000 as specified in the Contract.

PARKING: There is space for 1-2 vehicles on the Gated Yard on the REAR of the house. Please DO NOT park on the spot to the Right of the house. This is for House # 336. In addition street parking may be available nearby. Follow all street parking signs where applicable. PARKING ENTRY DOORS ARE ACCESSIBLE THRU THE ALLEY

AC + HEATING: Unit is equipped with individual ac units. Heaters are located throughout the house as well. Please turn off AC & Heater units when house is empty to conserve energy. Houses are well insulated and don't need too much time to cool or warm up. Thank you.

Before departing, please:
(a) Clean/Rinse all dishes
(b) Empty all trash from unit - place in bin in rear yard. All trash to be placed in plastic bags, including rear bin. Do not place trash in bin without a bag.
(c) Turn off all heaters, air conditioners, Lights and TV's.
(d) LOCK HOUSE, Leave key in lockbox and close it.
(e) PLEASE NOTIFY HOST VIA TEXT MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE VACATED THE UNIT

Nice little home that had all needed for us to stay. I always clean up after myself and make those staying with me to do the same. I don't like that I'm required to do cleaning after and have to take the trash out etc. I understand that everyone should clean up after themselves but if you are paying for a cleaning fee, it should not be a requirement. Besides this, walking distance to some great restaurants. Neighbors were a little rowdy and since it faces a busy street, you can hear everything happening including the very loud sirens.

This house is located within 10 minutes of driving from Petco Park, the Zoo, the beaches, and Sea World. My family did not spend much time at the house, and it was really only used for somewhere for us to sleep at night. The house is small, but we were able to sleep 2 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 12, and 14) in the house with no issue. And the 2nd bathroom really helped. Overall we had no complaints about the house.

The place is exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for our needs, and had several conveniences, like the washer and dryer. We'd definitely stay here again.

I loved the place we stayed in. It was really nice inside and clean. It's close to downtown, uber will get you there in about 5-10 mins. Host was able to contact me within a good time.

Mario and company made our first AirBnB experience a wonderful, memorable one! GREAT VALUE for the price. Short drive to anywhere. Dedicated parking space. Clean and private residence to ourselves; even has small, secluded outdoor patio with table. Neighbors nearby, but kept to themselves and vice versa. Not a ton of square footage, but could easily sleep up to 5-7. Amenities galore, stocked with everything we needed. Loved the AC units, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, fast wifi internet, etc. An indoor dining table would have been nice, perhaps a fold-away. Not entirely quiet - public bus stop out front; but was quiet enough with the A/C or TV on. No TV channels, but Netflix and Amazon were available, and HDMI inputs. Outdoor BBQ grill would have been a nice extra to bring the patio to life - but I can understand the liability of irresponsible, loud grillers. Overall, a super value. Excellent communication. As advertised. Would absolutely stay again!
